Hey there, I’m your Minnesota-based health & wellness coach, lawyer, mom, wife, friend, reader, lifelong learner, dot-connector, and self-proclaimed kitchen experimenter. I’m also a yogi, meditator, podcaster, and someone who’s been exactly where you are—doing it all, until my health hit a wall I couldn’t climb over alone.

I know what it’s like to look like you have it all together on the outside—career, family, friends—while secretly struggling with health issues and feeling stuck. That’s why I’m obsessed with helping powerhouse women like you reclaim your energy and vitality. My superpower? Turning overwhelming health advice into simple, actionable steps that fit your real life.

Nutrition has always been my passion (I was that kid who geeked out on a Nutrition Bowl quiz team and grew up surrounded by fresh, organic food from my mom’s garden). My journey took a detour through law and philanthropy, where I honed my research and listening skills—skills I now use to help you connect the dots in your own health story.

After facing my own battles with hypothyroidism, burnout, peri-menopausal symptoms, infertility, and food sensitivities, I realized that piecemeal solutions just don’t cut it. That’s why I became certified in Integrative Nutrition and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®—so I can help you find the missing pieces of your health puzzle and build a lifestyle that supports you for the long haul.

We’ll work together so that your intentions are clear and you have a vision that you’re working toward. I’ll provide education, data, a 5-step plan, and the encouragement you need to seek answers from your own innate inner wisdom. If this sounds too “out there,” I promise I will make this clear, concrete and real. My analytical lawyer brain won’t let me show up any other way.

Using positivity and a growth mindset, I will help guide you to take small, consistent actions toward your goals. We will use assessments and la to uncover your personalized eating plan and design the simplest way to build lasting habits. We will practice relaxation techniques so you understand how & why you're doing them, and why they work.
