I feel like every experience in my life has been leading me here, to this moment, with you. Can you sense the loving, healing energy I’m sending your way each morning?

It's my joy to share what I've learned and continue learning, as we all grow and heal together.

I’m a lawyer, a mom, a wife, a friend, a reader, a learner, a dot-connector, a giver, a yogi, a podcaster, a home-cook, and of course, an eater—each role contributing to the tapestry of who I am.

Nutrition has always been a passion of mine. It began as a hobby when I was a teenager, competing on a Nutrition Bowl quiz team, where I buzzed in with excitement to share my knowledge. Growing up in a family-owned restaurant and surrounded by delicious, organic food that my mom lovingly grew in her garden only deepened my connection to food and its power to nourish.

Though I didn’t pursue nutrition as a career immediately, my path has now come full circle. With my recent certification in integrative nutrition health coaching, I’m diving deeper into health and wellness and honing my focus in the health space. This includes reading several books each year, listening to podcasts, and watching videos to stay current with the latest trends in health, personal finance, habits, and self-improvement.

In my Bite-Sized Insights Blog and Newsletter, I’ll be sharing the learnings of my deep-dive into holistic health and nutrition so you don’t have to!

Along the way, I’ve faced my own health challenges—hypothyroidism, HPA-Axis Dysfunction (a.k.a. burnout), peri-menopausal symptoms, infertility and food sensitivities. Overcoming these obstacles has given me the insight and inspiration to combine my passions for helping others with my newfound knowledge in integrative nutrition.

Being

We’ll work together so that your intentions are clear and you have a vision that you’re working toward. I’ll provide the education, tools and encouragement you need to seek answers from your own innate inner wisdom. If this sounds too “out there,” I promise I will make this clear, concrete and real. My analytical lawyer brain won’t let me show up any other way.

Doing

Using positivity and a growth mindset, I will help guide you to take small, consistent actions toward your goals. We will use experimentation to uncover your personalized eating plan and design the simplest way to build lasting habits. We will practice relaxation techniques so you understand how & why you're doing them, and why they work.
